Production Log 1

What progress did you make since your previous entry?

This is the first week of a production log, so what me and my partner done was that we  had finish and presenting our pitch which we had to make the week before. After we done the pitch we were very lucky that the feedback that the audience  gave was useful as it allowed us to think what issues we have and improvements we could make to our advert, by this i mean that what we could include or not.

What logistical challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

The logistical problems which we had was that when making the pitch we had to give give key dates when were going to film and who we were going to film with. The problem was getting the space as we would filming in the school, this is why we had to make sure that we had a room to record in as there may be classroom  To overcome this we had to work a schedule that suited everyone in the group by asking each other, by doing this we were able to become more organized when we start filming.

What technical challenges did you face this week and how did you overcome them?

Technical constraint we had this week was that when planning and doing our pitch, the problem was finding the most suitable equipment to use when filming to make sure that that we can film the best quality footage for our advert and also we wanted to make sure that the equipment which we had would be able to use when we would be recording in the classroom as we need to cover the whole classroom.

What targets do you aim to achieve before your next entry?

What we aim to do next is that we want to finish the presenting then make any adjustments to the idea before beginning to start filming. The reason for this is that by doing this we should have a clearer idea as well as more confidence in our idea to film and this will mean us not struggling when we have to record the advert next week. We plan to record the advert next week.
